There is a 10% shipping and handling fee on the combined purchase.  Services have no shipping and handling fees.  Deliveries of merchandise with a combined value in excess of $100 will include an additional charge for insurance and will be adjusted based on actual fees.
 
 Non-Standard Shipping Zone Deliveries
 
Deliveries made to non-standard shipping zones (outside Continental USA) are subject to additional charges and will be adjusted based on actual shipping fees.
