Each consultant works in conjunction with the Fluid Mechanics Scheduling
Department to establish a schedule that contemplates client demand as
well as the consultant's individual schedule. The schedule is flexible
and traditionally includes nights and weekends. A generous hourly salary
as well as travel reimbursements are available.
All Certified Consultants must work well with children and adults as
well as possess strong communication skills and the desire to educate.
Our ideal candidate has a strong interest in education and child
psychology as well as Competitive Swimmers.
Consultant Training courses in Fluid Mechanics amazing "Vision Works"
program including our revolutionary "Cataloging" method are conducted
two times per year and run for approximately
forty hours. These training sessions are scheduled to be as convenient
as possible. All consultants are required to be certified in CPR, First
Aid and lifeguarding and are required to maintain current certifications
at all times.
