All of Fluid Mechanics
Certified Consultants must complete our thorough certification process
before they are able to represent Fluid Mechanics in our clinics.
The certification process consists of
forty hours of classroom instruction followed by a written exam and an
oral presentation. Upon successful completion of these exams, the
consultant candidate enters his or her apprenticeship which has three
stages. During the first stage, the consultant observes each type of
clinic offered by Fluid Mechanics. The second stage of the
apprenticeship consists of the candidate working hand in hand with a
Senior Certified Consultant on various types of clinics. The third and
final stage is the Evaluation Stage. During this stage, the candidate
leads clinics under the watchful eye of one of our Senior Certified
Consultants.
A consultant candidate becomes a Certified
Consultant upon the approval of the Senior Certified Consultant
supervising their training and development. |
